Marketing Execution & Content Management
- Plan and execute national-level daily marketing initiatives for the talent product line to support sales performance, including weekly email campaigns, WeChat promotions, customer WeChat group operations, product posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Design, maintain, and optimize all talent product line materials, such as workshop calendars, brochures, sales decks, and product manuals.
Market Development & Campaigns
- Drive new customer acquisition and market expansion by planning and executing integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, including forums, exhibitions, and cross-business unit collaborations.
- Support the planning and execution of company-wide large-scale marketing events.
- Collect, distribute, and track leads for talent products nationwide. Maintain and analyze the talent product customer database, evaluate media channel performance, identify user preferences, and develop actionable insights.
New Media Operations
- Support new media initiatives, including video editing, scriptwriting, and the operation and promotion of emerging platforms.
