How you will make an impact:
Assess and execute logistics needs and ensure the compliance of Edwards, its Vendors and entities of Edwards.
Execute warehouse operations smoothly to support EW demands such as arranging for storage of inventory, applying proper Japanese labeling and IFU, quality inspection, kitting and pick/pack/ship etc.
Manage and obtain accurate forecast logistics activities cost
Perform detailed analysis to improve supply chain/logistics operations
Fulfill orders to the satisfaction of the customers, and arrange for prompt deliveries
Create and maintain processes, procedures, and documents (e.g., SOPs, work instructions, process sheet) for logistics

What you’ll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of previous related experience is required
Experience in Med-tech is nice to have
What else we look for (Preferred):
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g., SQMS, JDE, JDA) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain and ISO laws and regulations applicable to medical device industry
Ability to read, write and speak in English, and native level in Japanese
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Leadership, talent development and communication skills
Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, representing the organization on specific projects, and vendors/suppliers
