AES Clean Energy (AES) is currently seeking a Land Compliance Analyst to assist with development efforts as a member of AES’s Land Compliance Team. The successful candidate will assist in tracking and fulfilling compliance items and work closely with development groups throughout the project lifecycle, providing internal support.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Land Compliance Analyst will have the responsibility to work with the Real Estate Team, in addition to other cross functional teams, tracking and managing compliance within land agreements and verifying that all requirements have been documented and implemented. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with processing legal agreements, deliverables, and related payments.
- Adhere to internal document management to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist with obtaining preliminary title reports.
- Assist with recording of memorandum of agreements with county recorder.
- Support vendor set up process for new project partners.
- Assist with creation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and cash forecasting.
- Assist with payment of real property taxes through project development and construction, with hand-off to Asset Management at COD.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Land Compliance Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to review and understand legal agreements with confidence.

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $68,000 and $81,600/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus. The benefits offered for this position are: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave).
