Job Title: Analyst – Labeling Regulation

Location: Glenview, IL or Warrendale, PA

Position Summary

The Analyst – Labeling Regulation role manages nutrition and regulatory compliance activities for commercializing food and beverage products regulated by FDA, USDA, and State agencies. The role offers exposure to cross‑functional teams and regulatory processes in a large, complex food organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of Kraft Heinz products, advertising, and promotional materials in accordance with FDA, USDA, and State requirements as well as internal standards, with supervision and support as needed
  • Develop, interpret, and document nutrition and regulatory technical information for ingredients, formulas, and finished products, with supervision and support as needed
  • Review and approve label graphics and specifications for regulatory compliance and technical accuracy with supervision and support as needed
  • Provide regulatory and nutrition guidance on cross-functional project teams to support informed business decisions
  • Track, assess and document regulatory requirements, changes, and internal decisions
  • Monitor regulatory and nutrition developments and escalate potential impacts to senior team members
  • Respond to consumer inquiries and support internal corporate requests, escalating complex issues as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or related scientific field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, nutrition, quality, R&D, or a related area
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent problem solving, organization, and time management skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn about computer software programs for data collection, management, and reporting.
  • Ability to handle complexity, multiple projects and work under tight timelines 
  • Strong drive for results and ability to bring projects to completion 
  • Willing to travel 5%

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
