About the Department


The Collateral team within Investment & Trade Client Services manages derivatives and collateral processes to reduce counterparty risk. We work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely operations. Joining us means gaining exposure to global markets, collaborative problem-solving, and opportunities to develop technical and analytical skills.

How You Will Add Value

  • You will ensure margin requirements are met on time.

  • You will optimize collateral with Front and Middle Office teams.

  • You will monitor exposures from derivative trades under various agreements.

  • You will communicate with custody banks and brokers to resolve inquiries.

  • You will collaborate with teams across Middle Office, Settlements, Pricing, and Risk.

  • You will prepare regular metrics and reports.

  • You will implement workflow improvements for efficiency and risk reduction.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role


Experience & Education

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Knowledge of investment industry and financial instruments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with automation tools (Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, VBA, SQL)


Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Attention to detail and time management.

  • Clear communication and teamwork.

  • Proactive, positive attitude.

Work Schedule & Location


Standard hours: 12:30 – 21:00, optional one morning shift per week
10:30 – 19:00.
Hybrid work: 2-3 days form the office based in Poznań.
