Position Overview

Apollo Capital Solutions (ACS) is the execution engine behind Apollo’s capital markets and syndication activity, partnering with investment teams and clients across the Apollo platform. The centralized team is designed to support seamless and effective execution on behalf of our clients and counterparties – including corporate issuers, banks, sponsors, investors or large financial institutions and insurers. The Role

ACS’s Investment COO team is seeking an Analyst to join the team in a high-exposure role responsible for the development, execution, and management of a broad range of growth initiatives and business priorities across ACS. Working closely with the ACS COO, the role focuses on day-to-day business management alongside the execution of ACS’s strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, a relationship builder, and a self-starter – and will leverage prior experience working in or alongside capital markets teams to drive content knowledge and thought leadership. The Analyst will act as a partner and play an integral role in the successful execution of strategic initiatives, external partnerships and overall performance. Immediate or near-term start date strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support ACS leadership in day-to-day business management and tracking progress against firmwide goals and growth targets, helping develop solutions to complex business challenges
  • Assist in evaluating and executing strategic initiatives, including geographic expansion, capital markets partnerships, and distribution efforts
  • Act as a business lead on select technology initiatives, translating ACS requirements into executable specifications and coordinating with Technology teams through implementation
  • Support data integrity initiatives across capital markets and syndication activity, including maintenance of track records
  • Lead multiple concurrent workstreams across strategic, operational, and technology initiatives, applying strong project management discipline to drive execution and facilitate continuous operational improvements across ACS
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across Apollo, acting as a liaison between ACS and Finance, Technology, Human Capital, Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Client & Product Solutions
  • Support ACS communications and reporting, including maintaining databases and preparing materials for leadership meetings, town halls, and firmwide forums
  • Partner with other Investment COO teams and broader firm leadership on cross-platform initiatives
  • Assist in managing meeting cadence, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution with a record of academic achievement.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, capital markets, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy
  • Genuine interest in corporate strategy and business building within the investment management industry, with an emphasis on hands-on implementation of growth plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leadership
  • Excellent project management skills to facilitate and coordinate end-to-end technological and operational improvements
  • Strong modeling and problem-solving skills with detail orientation and exceptional analytical skillset
  • Ability to manage projects and workstreams independently with acute attention to detail while keeping key stakeholders apprised of progress and status updates

Pay Range

$110,000 - $150,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
