What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and fund publications (mutual and segregated funds).
Validate the accuracy of key financial documents (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, equity).
Identify and analyze financial variances to mitigate risks.
Ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with IFRS standards and industry requirements.
Implement and monitor internal controls related to financial and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate on data governance to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Assess institutional client needs and optimize reporting processes and tools.
Develop models and visualization solutions (Power BI, Workiva) tailored to client requirements.

What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, report production, or accounting within financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
CPA designation (an asset).
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Workiva).
Familiarity with databases and data management systems (an asset).
Proficiency in French is required

The base salary for this role ranges between $60, 000 - $ 85, 000 annually.
