Role purpose
As an Analyst II – Service Management, you will provide high-quality operational and technical support for GNR5 and DPC services, ensuring efficient implementation of client incentive strategies, issue resolution, and data analysis. The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams, as well as technical expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct interaction with GNR5 clients to understand, analyze, and implement their incentive strategies and deals efficiently and with high quality.
Address client data issues within bot products GNR5 and DPC, diagnose and resolve incidents and CRM cases, and escalate as necessary.
Implement new GNR5 accounts using technical expertise (e.g., Informix, SQLServer) and document processes.
Analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL, Excel) to deliver actionable insights and optimize client use of the service.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product owners, to relay client needs, propose improvements, and resolve issues.
Participate in the Support 24x7 production shifts, including maintenance processes. Note: This role requires occasional weekend availability throughout the year, with working hours aligned to European evening time.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
Communication and presentation abilities for client-facing and internal coordination.
Technical expertise in Linux environments, SQL as well as data analysis using SQL and Excel.
Problem-solving and incident management skills with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fluency in both Spanish and English (Mandatory).
