Program Security will support the leadership of the Air Dominance Sub-Strategic Business Unit and the Global Security Services Center of Excellence in ensuring adherence to National Security and contractual requirements for Special Programs, in compliance with 32 CFR – Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, JSIG, and ICD-705. This role will primarily involve facilitating personnel processing for program access, ensuring compliance with security standards and protocols, and contributing to the effective and accurate fulfillment of program requirements. The selected candidate will also support SAPNP compliance and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What You Will Do

  • Support the implementation and adherence to contractual and RTX security requirements for classified programs.
  • Assist in personnel processing efforts within the Air Dominance Program Security Team.
  • Prepare and provide personnel processing statistics and reports to the Personnel Lead, CSSO, and/or Senior Manager – Program Security for Air Dominance.
  • Ensure compliance with the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP) in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 and RTX processes.
  • Update U.S. Government and RTX databases as required.
  • Collaborate with personnel across functional organizations to support business objectives, maintaining compliance with U.S. Government and RTX directives and policies.
  • Assist in the implementation of local SOPs, processes, procedures, and Job Operating Instructions to maintain high compliance standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft products

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior experience with DoD Program Security, specifically the SAPNP, JADE, and DISS
  • Related training with Defense Security Service, Center for Development of Security
  • Excellence or equivalent security certification programs

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
