The GCC Analyst for GTM Strategy & Design is an important role designed to amplify the impact of our global GTM Sprints function. This individual will act as the operational and analytical engine for the Senior Manager, supporting the end-to-end execution of high-priority GTM sprints and pilots. By managing data analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder communications, the Analyst ensures that our strategic initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and with the insights needed to drive significant commercial growth. This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager in scoping, planning, and executing GTM sprints and pilots across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with defined timelines;
- Coordinate the end-to-end project plan, managing documentation, timelines, status updates, and dependencies across internal teams (Sales, Omni, P&P, Finance etc.);
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and workshops, capturing key outcomes, decisions, and action items, and ensuring follow-through.
- Consolidate and analyse market, customer, and field force data to support the design of market entry models and GTM strategies, including geo-whitespace assessment. Monitor sprint performance, track KPIs, and support ROI estimation to provide a clear view of initiative effectiveness.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting packs, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, insights, and recommendations.
- Support the Senior Manager in preparing materials for stakeholder updates, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives and progress.
Key Stakeholders & Partnerships
Primary Partnership: Direct, daily collaboration with the Global Manager, GTM Sprints, acting as a true right hand and force multiplier.
Internal Cross-Functional Teams: Close collaboration with GTM Leads, Channel Managers, Commercial Planning, FP&A, IT, P&P, and local project owners across markets.
External Partners: Limited interaction with selected consultancy partners, agency contacts, or research providers to gather data and insights for sprints.
Required Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst, sales/marketing operations, or project management role, preferably within a global or commercial function.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and analysing commercial data to drive decisions.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint for storyboarding and Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
