What you’ll be doing:
Requirements gathering and documentation
Create and compare “current state” and “future state” business process maps
Develop functional specifications as needed for projects
Analyze projects of moderately complex nature for size, scope, and objectives
Develop mastery of assigned applications
Identify and deploy process improvement initiatives that maximize business value from IT solutions
Create and conduct functional testing and training
Deliver superior customer service by assisting in identifying customer needs
Provide end user support
Liaise with software vendors for technical issue resolution
Ensure Sonoco IT standards are employed in all activities
Consistently enforce safe work practices in assigned projects
Education and Training Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related discipline
3-5 years experience in ERP
Experience with Radius ERP is a plus
Knowledge of the Flexibles business
Moderate travel may be required
The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target incentive of ZZ% of base salary.
