Analyst II - Business Systems

MEX - Santa Clara - ST01 Full time

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Requirements gathering and documentation 

  • Create and compare “current state” and “future state” business process maps 

  • Develop functional specifications as needed for projects 

  • Analyze projects of moderately complex nature for size, scope, and objectives 

  • Develop mastery of assigned applications 

  • Identify and deploy process improvement initiatives that maximize business value from IT solutions 

  • Create and conduct functional testing and training 

  • Deliver superior customer service by assisting in identifying customer needs 

  • Provide end user support 

  • Liaise with software vendors for technical issue resolution 

  • Ensure Sonoco IT standards are employed in all activities 

  • Consistently enforce safe work practices in assigned projects 

 

Education and Training Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related discipline 

  • 3-5 years experience in ERP 

  • Experience with Radius ERP is a plus 

  • Knowledge of the Flexibles business 

  • Moderate travel may be required 

 

The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target incentive of ZZ% of base salary.
