职位概述

Primary Job Function

• 按时完成成品、原料、包装材料、环境监控样品的检测和环境监控取样计划的执行.熟悉微生物实验室所有日常检测流程，能够制定工作计划，并确保计划能够执行。
• Conduct test of FP/RM/PM/EM samples and executive EMP plan. Be familiar with all the work flow in Micro lab, make working plan and ensure the plan can be implement based on the actual situation

• 能够处理实验室异常事件和偏差。
• Deal with any deviation and special issues in Lab work.

• 协助实验室主管/经理安排实验室的日常工作，能够起草相关的实验室文件，制定流程，并且推动实验室的安全等主要目标达成。
• Assist Lab supervisor/manager to arrange lab work, develop and drive lab policies, goals and lab safety.
• 遵守环境、安全、健康以及5S的规定，维护相关标准，并持续改进。
• EHS/5S continuous improvement.

主要职责

Core Job Responsibilities

List the 4 or 5 primary tasks or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis.

• 负责根据计划按时完成环境监控样品的取样，成品混样，原料、包装材料、成品、环境监控样品微生物项目的检测，根据数据完整性的要求确保相关检测记录及时准确填写，会进行数据汇总和分析。
• Responsible for EMP plan execution, micro test for RM/PM/FP/EM and sample composite for FP, and make sure record timeliness and integrity, data summary and trending.

• 负责持续改善项目，协助完成部门的节约目标，为提高实验室效率献计献策。
•  Responsible for CI project to achieve department CIP goal, and help to promote the lab efficiency.
• 负责正确地使用微生物实验室所有相关仪器，并且能够处理仪器的异常事件。制定实验室仪器的校验和预防性维护计划，能够起草实验室仪器的验证文件。
• Able to use the relative equipment in Micro Lab and deal with equipment failure, make lab equipment PM and calibration plan, draft equipment IOPQ qualification protocol.
• 协助完成实验室相关成品、原料、包材、环控的异常结果调查。负责参与部门内或跨部门的项目。负责微生物方法的转移，比对和验证。
• Assist investigation of OOS for FP/RM/PM/EM. Lead projects of internal and external department. Responsible for micro lab methods transfer, comparison and validation.
• 负责按照CNAS体系的要求和计划及时完成相关的检测和维护工作。协助主管/经理准备并通过所有内部和外部的审核。
• Responsible for the testing and maintain according to the CNAS requirement. Assist lab supervisor/manager to prepare and pass the internal and external audit.

• 负责协助相关微生物作业指导书等文件的起草和更新，能够制定培训计划，能够对其他人员进行培训和分享。
• Draft and update Micro lab documents, develop the internal training plan, and provide micro technical and document training/sharing to relative department.

• 该职位属于微生物分析员的高级水平，具备丰富的微生物知识和比较丰富的实验室经验，在微生物领域有自己独到的见解和分析问题的能力，能够独挡一面，并且能够在主管缺席的情况下，作为团队带头人承担起相应的领导工作，能够依据相关的法规、作业指导下独立完成工作。不需要主管持续地监督，具备紧迫感和很强的责任心，能够自觉回顾自己和团队工作的完成情况。
• Positions in this classification perform at the senior level of the Micro Analyst job series with a specialization in microbiological concepts. It includes individuals with advanced degrees in the area of microbiology or related field in addition to substantial industry and/or relevant experience.  They work under minimal supervision, instruction or assistance.  They may be act as the team leader in the absence of the supervisor. His or her work is reviewed upon completion for overall results and do not require constant monitoring.

• 食品科学，微生物，药学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Bachelor degree or above in Food science, Microbiology, Pharmacy or related discipline or Diploma.

最低经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required
Indicate the minimum experience level and/or training required to perform this job.

• 至少3年相关微生物实验室工作经验。
• At least 3-year lab working experience in MNC

• 具备英语四级的能力，熟练的听说读写和沟通能力。
• CET4 or equivalent level, fluent English spoken and written communication skills.

• 具备良好的计算机操作能力，能够熟练使用办公软件。
• Good skill of MS software.
