The IRMD User Access Management Analyst oversees is part of the User Access Management team to deliver  key activities in the department relating to User ID controls and governance in order to mitigate IT risk to MUFG Bank across Asia Pacific region. This position is responsible for the access control domain and ensures alignment with the overall global access management strategy.

Customer

  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
  • Work in partnership with various departments to support the implementation of global, regional and local projects, providing user administration support for user ID and access control.
  • Work closely with Security Officers and IAMS Support Team to ensure that access control requests are executed accurately and in a timely manner.  
  • Ensure user access request is tracked, follow-up and completed on based on pre-defined agreed service level agreement.
  • Ensure timely escalation, resolution and closures of tickets are performed within SLAs.

People

  • Support, coach and guide less experienced team members.
  • Act as a role model to team members and adhere to all company policies / guidelines.
  • Assist as necessary during Team Lead’s absence.

Other/ Control

  • Subject matter expert on user access administration.
  • Perform impact analysis on IT access control from user administration perspective to support any re-structuring changes in the Bank.
  • Accountable for ensuring the user access request are fulfilled within operationally agreed targets during the approved service hours.
  • Support new systems onboarding and enhancements to ensure relevant user administration requirements are fulfilled to conform with ISSP.
  • Responsible for ensuring that both project and BAU work activities are maintained within agreed service and operating level.
  • Ensure the team has a strong service delivery mindset by placing customer service, responsiveness and risk mitigation as primary focus.
  • Responsible for ensuring that access control requests are executed correctly by following strictly to the established operating manual.
  • Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
  • Support and facilitate audit activities.
  • Adhere to all companies policies as well as guidelines.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing for new & systems enhancement.
  • Support regional Identity Access Management (IAMS) implementation / enhancement for branch improvement initiative.
  • Support and response to user access administration and IAMS access related enquiries.
  • Collaborate with other teams to eliminate security threat / resolve security incident detected.
  • Stay abreast of the industry information security trends, security threat environment, risk trends, technology developments and relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience and work experiences in Identity Access Management domain.
  • Experience with Identity Access Management solutions such as OIG, OIM, One Identity, Savyint, Sailpoint.
  • Experience in banking or finance industry, with corporate banking products and services experience.
  • Technology savvy and able to navigate different user interfaces across different applications with ease
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with Head Office, regional and branch offices.
  • Self-driven and independent, with good attention to detail and quality.
  • Good time management and organization skills to manage regular inflow of tasks and tickets
  • Willing to take on new tasks and initiatives to contribute towards continuous improvement.
