The Investor Services group is responsible for timely and accurate completion of reporting, remitting, and reconciling for assigned GSE and PLS investors. This includes activities relating to loan acquisitions, services releases, corporate and P&I Advance analysis.

Job Functions include performing:

• Root cause analysis of exception reports during the reporting cycle in order to make required data corrections
• Deep-dive analysis of cash outages, identify the accurate reason and collaborate with the appropriate stakeholder to clear the cash outage

Job competencies:

Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are used to communicate with investors and other internal business teams

Planning and Organizing:   Gives suggestions on how to improve processes or create efficiencies; Conducts daily activities in a planned, organized fashion, and deals with change effectively and able to adapt rapidly

Experience and Skills required:

• Intermediate to Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of LSAMS, SQL various Agency Applications is an added advantage
