Job Description:
Essential Job Functions: Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve processes and systems, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy ERP package applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Develop and maintain technical documentation, provide training and support to end-users, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements and industry standards. Basic Qualifications: • Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 5 years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of ERP package applications and business analysis principles • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, fostering collaboration and open communication to drive project success Other Qualifications: • Certification in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices • Experience with ERP package applications, including implementation, configuration, and deployment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical teams.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
