As an Analyst I on our Casino Product Analytics team, you’ll turn data into insights that drive product strategy and business decisions. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities across the user lifecycle, and guide product development through data-driven recommendations. In this role, you’ll analyze experiments, build reporting solutions, and help shape how we measure success across key product initiatives.
Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform product decisions and business outcomes.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and operational stakeholders to align on objectives, define success metrics, and measure performance.
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate feature impact and guide product development.
Analyze user lifecycle and product performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Build, automate, and maintain dashboards, models, and reports that track key product and business metrics.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for stakeholders across the organization.
Proactively identify new opportunities to improve product performance and enhance the customer experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Experience working with SQL and Snowflake or a similar data platform.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
