What will you do?
The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support on issues/inquiries related to our processes and maintaining day-to-day operations to deliver results.
As owner of the process, this role is accountable for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to vendors or COE across the enterprise. Additionally, analysts will execute transactions in our system to respond HR- related inquiries to Johnson Controls employees across the Enterprise. Active participation in Continuous Improvement projects and Automation is highly expected.
How will you do it?
Process transactions in our HR system (Workday, ServiceNow) such as (and not limited to):
Union hires for US and Canada:
-Screening process completion. General HR questions when employees are looking for policies and procedures.
-Complete Background and Drug test reports for candidates, following the Johnson Controls policies and procedures for each Country/State to comply with their local laws.
Provide support on simple data entry/ data changes on employee records.
I-9 management for US
Accomplish the KPIs for cases.
Provide specialized HR transaction support to HR fields, Managers and Vendors.
Responds to complex inquiries from different personnel across the enterprise and escalate issues were appropriate.
Coordinate and manage interactions with Vendors and COE (Center of Expertise) for our day-to-day.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field required.
2 years of working experience in a HR operation process.
Mandatory - High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. Other languages such as French, Portuguese are desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.
Ability to understand and develop successful partnerships with customers.
High Customer Service orientation.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up.
Excellent attention to details.
Desirable experience in core HR operations processes.
Desirable experience in Workday / Service Now.
Excel skill.
