The Salesforce Global Mobility & Immigration Team is looking for a highly organised and proactive Analyst to support global mobility and immigration programs for the JAPAC and India region.
This role is integral to attracting, retaining, and mobilising top talent globally, focusing on the administration and management of relocation and immigration cases and experience for employees. This includes administering various programs such as relocation, immigration, tax support, assignment management, and one-way relocations, through effective partnership with employees, stakeholders, external vendors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and deliver a high-quality relocation experience for relocation cases across JAPAC & India, managing the end-to-end mobility journey.
Review mobility policy options and needs assessment with stakeholders and employees and ensure business and relocation needs are clearly understood and supported.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on work authorisation requirements and throughout the immigration process.
Partner with external relocation service providers to deliver immigration and relocation services; address and resolve service issues as needed.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to compliance requirements and service standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of employee cases, communications, policy exceptions, and approvals in accordance with privacy and data governance standards.
Review and evaluate policy exceptions or complex relocation scenarios, providing recommendations and appropriate solutions to stakeholders.
Monitor relocation costs and expenses to ensure alignment with program guidelines while maximising employee support.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to Finance, Payroll, Legal, ES business partners, Recruiting and ES Operations teams to support mobility program operations.
Support the broader global mobility team by coordinating across regions, sharing best practices, and assisting with process improvements to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery worldwide.
Perform additional duties and project support as requested by the Global Mobility & Immigration regional leader and/or global leadership.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Global Mobility and/or Immigration, with exposure to APAC/JAPAC and India mobility processes and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
Agility & Adaptability – effectively navigates changing priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Stakeholder Partnership – collaborates effectively with employees, internal teams, and external vendors.
Operational Excellence & Attention to Detail – maintains accuracy in documentation, case management, and data tracking.
Strong service orientation with a solutions-oriented approach, supporting employees and their families and the business through complex immigration and relocation processes.
Program Compliance & Governance – understands mobility policies, immigration requirements, and data privacy standards.
Experience working with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and/or similar platforms.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, while contributing effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
