We're looking for an Analyst, Finance Operations to join our Finance team. Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
The person on this position will be an enthusiastic individual, who enjoys working as part of a team while building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. A confident communicator, who knows how to actively listen, interpret situations and use influencing skills to help achieve the team targets. This is a dynamic role for a tenacious person, as the individual is expected to be willing to take challenges, bring new ideas and propose solutions. Previous experience in a similar position is required. The role will be reporting to the Manager, Finance Operations.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:
Review and validate invoices and payment requests to ensure accuracy, proper coding, authorization, and compliance with internal policies
Collect, organize, and retrieve supporting documentation required for invoice processing, payment review, and internal inquiries.
Enter and upload invoices into financial systems accurately and in a timely manner
Apply a basic understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and internal controls to support routine financial operations
Investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies by coordinating with internal business partners
Maintain records, track data, and support reporting activities using foundational Excel skills
Prepare documentation for audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness for review
Provide supporting documentation to internal and external auditors during audit processes
This Job might be for you if:
1-3 years of experience in related field
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Bilingualism including French is an asset
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive attitude, willing and able to work with minimal supervision/direction
High attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills working in partnership with others
Interest in and aptitude for a role in Finance is essential - excellent numerical and analytical skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. SAP experience, is an asset
