POSITION SUMMARY:

The Analyst, ERP Systems provides system supports to business users on ERP application systems, maintains and ensures all various application systems operating stably and reliably and meeting user’s operation needs. He / She reports to Manager/Assistant Manager – ERP Systems and performs daily application support, involves in new project implementation and life cycle management of ERP Systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as primary resource to perform day-to-day operation support for ERP system and other related IT systems including system configuration, client installation, data entry, primary troubleshooting and engagement of 3rd level vendor support  
  • Performs testing and UAT coordination of all functional implementations and upgrades in ERP and other related IT systems and ensures quality deliverables and optimal outcome for the Company
  • Provides basic training, retraining and support of end users to ensure the system is used effectively and efficiently
  • Assists in preparing requirement, functional, testing specification and documentation
  • Supports end users on any issues reported and resolve the issues by closely working with users, IT team and vendor support team
  • Adheres to and complies with SOX requirements in accordance to the Company's policies and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:


Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experiences in business analyst and ERP software implementation
  • A good understanding of hospitality/casino accounting/procurement process and workflow
  • Proven business analyst skills include gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis and business impact assessments
     

Education

  • Degree holder in Accounting/Business Information System/Computer Science or related disciplines

  • Strong consultative, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent skill in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Energetic, flexible and able to embrace a fast paced working environment
  • Must be able to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects with critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Organized and detail oriented, able to multi-task
