Analyst, Digital Marketing

As an Analyst, Digital Marketing reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Success, you'll play a critical role in managing digital operations, optimizing web content, and supporting the Financial Technology Marketing team at Nasdaq.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track digital requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and web support for Fintech pages on Nasdaq.com.
  • Publish, edit, and map content across Fintech-related pages, aligning with SEO best practices and ensuring consistency.
  • Support the Digital Success team with analytics, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including web development to troubleshoot and resolve content or publishing issues.
  • Track and report on digital performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a related area.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a collaborative environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as Drupal and basic understanding of SEO principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com or Jira.
  • Prior exposure to financial technology, fintech, or capital markets.
  • Hands-on experience with digital optimization practices including A/B testing and analytics tools.

This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $68,000 - $93,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
