Role
Franchise Growth & Enablement is seeking an Associate Analyst to join a global team that executes and coordinates delivery of critical Business and Customer centric technical enhancements to multiple platforms that support all Mastercard customers. The resonsibilities of this role will predominantly be focused on Franchise Asset Management, Customer data integrity, level 2 customer service, and operational support:
Support Franchise Digital Asset Management efforts through data collection, analysis and reporting
Lead efforts to build operating efficiencies within unit including critical customer data clean-up efforts
Liese with Global Business Service Center (GBSC) to understand common inquiries, related volume and report on trends
Work with Franchise SMEs to provide GBSC with necessary collateral for customer service and provide L2 support as needed
Support global customer escalations as needed within Franchise tools
Support reporting inquiries for other business partners such as compliance, regional franchise teams, product, and digital activity business units
Participate in UAT for Franchise platform enhancements as needed
