The Team: The Customer Insights and Commercial Analytics team is a high-impact function operating at the intersection of business intelligence, customer experience, and commercial strategy. We partner with leaders across the division to transform complex data into actionable insights, accelerating revenue growth and margin expansion. The Impact: As an Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our commercial success. By analyzing sales performance and customer data, you will provide the foundational insights that help drive business growth, improve customer retention, and optimize sales strategies. Your work in creating reports and dashboards will provide critical visibility into performance for leaders across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI to track key sales performance and customer metrics.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives related to customer acquisition, retention, and sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand their requirements and assist in developing data-driven strategies.
  • Develop and deliver clear, visually engaging presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Act as a problem-solver by identifying trends, analyzing performance, and offering strategic solutions based on data.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in building interactive dashboards in Power BI with exposure to DAX; excellent MS Excel skills are also required.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis, such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen to stakeholders and articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively in teams.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
