Position Summary
You will support delivery of clinical trial transparency activities that help GSK share clinical study information responsibly and on time. Overview
The Analyst - CTT is responsible for operational and analytical support to CTT Therapeutic Area (TA) teams across multiple portfolios.
Key responsibilities involve active collaboration with global clinical study and transparency delivery teams to ensure management of team-level planning and tracking information on all CTT deliverables, as required by disclosure regulations and policy, for submission to key external registers (e.g. ClinicalTrials.gov, EU Clinical Trial Register and the GSK Study Register). The Analyst - CTT plays a key role to promote consistent planning and operational management of disclosure activities for Human Subject Research across Therapeutic areas and be responsible for the timely availability and quality of planning and tracking data.
The Analysts - CTT supports TA teams in keeping track of key transparency milestones in various systems and build metrics and analytics to manage key performance indicators. The role will report into the Operations Head, Clinical Trial Transparency.
Primary Responsibilities.
• Build, update, and maintain TA-level trackers for varied disclosure deliverables, and make them available to teams as required.
• Support core disclosure activities with system updates for key content (e.g., maintenance updates on the disclosure system).
• Work with external resources (outsourcing partners), where relevant, to ensure delivery in compliance with GSK policy and SOPs.
• Manage workload in a dynamic and changing environment and establish and maintain a robust communication interface across all people involved in disclosure delivery.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of disclosure and their application in regular activities.
• Flexibly adapt to changes in the transparency landscape, including new legal and regulatory requirements and industry trends, and adapt to GSK’s disclosure strategy.
• Support the risk‑management framework implementation, including risk identification, assessment, and prioritization.
• Demonstrate ability to identify automation needs in the process, and build and manage necessary tools where required (e.g., Power BI and automated MS Excel templates).
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to leverage the power of AI in regular work.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure that GSK practices for policy requirements are in line with relevant internal and external requirements.
Role Requirements.
The right candidate will possess a master’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, and have at least three years of experience supporting operational activities in clinical trial projects. An aptitude to work with data and perform analyses to identify trends and patterns is essential. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Excel formulas and macros and experience in Power BI dashboard development is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools, such as MS Copilot, is important. Knowledge of programming tools like Python is a clear advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, especially with global matrix teams, are essential.
