This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for patient onboarding and consent processes, driving continuous improvement in the process to welcome patients to the program.
The Analyst will play a key role in teammate enablement by creating high-quality training resources, analyzing performance trends across markets to identify opportunities, and building scalable workflows for new patient attribution. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor, process design, and cross-functional collaboration to support the Model of Care evolution.

Key Responsibilities
Teammate Enablement & Resource Creation
Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, job aids, and resources to support care teams (e.g., Engagement Specialists, Care Coordinators) in executing patient engagement workflows.
Partner with clinical and operations leaders to identify knowledge gaps and design content or guidance that improves team performance.
Support the deployment of new tools and resources, ensuring successful adoption by field teammates.
Process Improvement & Workflow Design
Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the primary point of contact and expert for the patient onboarding and consents process, troubleshooting issues and maintaining process integrity.
New Patient Attribution: Play a primary role in building and refining workflows related to new patient attribution, ensuring timely and accurate assignment of patients to care teams.
Identify bottlenecks in current engagement processes and recommend data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Clinical Operations, Reporting, IT) to implement process changes that enhance the patient and teammate experience.
Analysis & Performance Monitoring
Analyze performance trends across markets to track the effectiveness of engagement strategies and identify outliers.
Leverage data (Excel, internal dashboards) to monitor key metrics such as engagement rates, consent capture, and onboarding cycle times.
Prepare regular performance readouts and presentations for leadership to highlight wins, risks, and areas for optimization.
Project Support
Support broader Patient Engagement initiatives by managing project workstreams, tracking action items, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Assist in the piloting of new engagement strategies, collecting feedback from the field to inform broader rollouts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project management, or healthcare operations.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and PowerPoint; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical. This teammate must be able to translate complex updates into clear, concise, and professional resources for diverse audiences. Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with both field teammates and corporate partners is essential.
Team Collaboration: Thrives in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to team goals and supporting cross-functional partners (e.g., IT, Reporting, Clinical Ops).
Self-Management: A self-starter capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.
Process Oriented: Experience or strong interest in process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Problem Solving & Detail: Approaches challenges with curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring high accuracy in data analysis and attention to detail in all deliverables.

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $76,000.00 per year.
