Key Responsibilities
Mailer Operations: Manage end-to-end execution of new patient welcome materials, ensuring accurate, timely delivery (98% on-time delivery rate) and coordination with print vendors.
Vendor Coordination: Oversee mail orders and process associated invoices using internal procurement systems, ensuring campaigns stay on budget.
Quality Assurance: Manage branding decisions for mailers and perform QA to ensure high-quality, compliant assets are used across all campaigns.
Pilot & Digital Support: Support the operational rollout of a patient portal pilot, including tracking adoption metrics and creating job aids.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Closely partner with other teams (i.e. Marketing) to support timely execution of omnichannel campaigns.

Task Execution: High attention to detail in executing established processes with consistency and accuracy.
Continuous Improvement: A mindset for spotting small inefficiencies in daily tasks and suggesting practical fixes to the immediate team.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Data Execution & Accuracy: Proficiency in running existing reports (e.g., Tableau) and downloading raw data to answer specific business questions.
Basic Synthesis: Ability to organize raw data into a clear, summary format (e.g., simple trackers or scorecards) that allows leadership to easily see trends or gaps.
Project Coordination
Task Management: Strong organizational skills to track their own deliverables and deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Ability to maintain and update key project documents, such as decision logs, meeting notes, and process maps.
Responsiveness: Ability to manage incoming requests from multiple stakeholders and clearly communicate timelines for completion.
Collaboration: Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and work closely with cross-functional partners (e.g., Operations, Marketing) to gather information or resolve routine issues.
Communication & Soft Skills
Clear Communication: Ability to draft clear, concise emails and status updates that highlight progress and flag blockers early.
Learning Agility: specific willingness to learn new tools (e.g., Salesforce, proprietary DaVita apps) and quickly adapt to feedback.
Service Excellence: A "team-first" attitude with a focus on supporting the broader group’s goals, often helping with ad-hoc requests to support team capacity.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 0-3 years in an analyst, operations, or project support role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot tables, formulas) and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint) is preferred.
Traits: Structured, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $76,000.00 per year.
