  • Partnering with implementation, sales, and client teams to define investment lineups, mapping strategies, and conversion approaches
  • Acting as the primary technical contact for custodians, prior recordkeepers, fund companies, and advisors to resolve data discrepancies and exceptions
  • Developing and maintaining scripts and queries to automate data ingestion, normalization, validation, and exception reporting
  • Establishing scalable data quality controls, audit checks, and conversion sign-off processes
  • Managing and tracking conversion risks, defects, and remediation efforts across multiple plans and vendors
  • Supporting investment setup and onboarding at scale, ensuring alignment with platform, custodial, and program requirements
  • Overseeing post-conversion validation of investment performance data, fact sheets, and reporting outputs
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation, tooling, and standardized workflows
  • Serving as a technical escalation point and mentor for associates supporting investment data and conversion workflows
  • Leading post-conversion reviews, root-cause analyses, and documentation of lessons learned

Requirements

The Necessities
  • 2+ years of experience in investment operations, data operations, conversions, or financial services
  • Direct experience supporting large-scale data migrations or block conversions, preferably in a recordkeeping or custodial environment
