Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • As DRI for distribution channel inventory reconciliation:
    • Monitor the sync rate between ADI virtual inventory buckets and distributors’ reported inventory, ensuring that these stay within the tolerable threshold
    • Build baseline data and trends to identify root causes of out-of-sync quantities and work with partners and /or IT for permanent corrective actions
    • Aim to execute 100% reconciliation for all channel distribution inventory
  • Develop data-driven metrics on assigned functional area, monitor progress over time, and regularly report out on outcome
  • Work closely with Internal Audit Team to address any inventory-related questions during audit
  • Build strong relationships with distributors in order to drive improvements to reporting behavior/habits and ensure seamless resolution of issues
  • Review and update documentation annually to keep as current as possible (internal training document + distributor packet)

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales and distribution in a semiconductor technology company is a plus
  • SAP S4/HANA and Model-N experience preferred
  • Willing to relocate to Bonifacio Global City office site on hybrid set-up
