What this job involves?
Duties & responsibilities
Preparing greenfield (land development) and operational assets financial modelling across asset classes (residential, office, retail, alternatives such as student housing, hospitals etc.)
Preparing reports, presentations, information memorandums, pitch books, in collaboration with the team for clients and internal use.
Interpreting financial statements, bank statements, operational data, conducting ratio/ credit analysis, liquidity analysis to ascertain the financial health of developers
Researching and maintaining the roster for active NBFC's, private equity funds, banks in the funding market, developing key underwriting framework to capture institution requirements.
Maintaining rosters and market intelligence about developers eg. regarding their ongoing operations, profile, assets etc.
Knowledge of real estate development timelines, sales, collections and value chain
Keep self and the team updated on the market, policy and regulations eg. Zoning regulations, TOD policies, TDR etc. related to land development and SEBI/RBI directives reg. real estate funding, data analysis, by keeping a close watch of the popular mediums such as newspapers, key institutions websites etc.
Support the transaction advisory team to effectively execute & conclude transactions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
Qualifications- MBA/CFA/CA, B.engg/ Bcom with 4-7 yrs. of demonstrated work experience.
