The Analyst, Business Systems will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and operating Marketing Technology platforms that enable digital engagement, data‑driven insights, and enterprise marketing processes. This role partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into well‑defined requirements and system configurations.
The ideal candidate is an early‑career business systems professional with hands‑on exposure to enterprise applications and strong interest in Marketing Technologies. This role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and execution within established frameworks and governance.
How you’ll make an impact:
Support the delivery and continuous improvement of Marketing Technology platforms across the Marketing Technology ecosystem (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, learning, or sales enablement tools).
Partner with Marketing Technology Team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
Perform system configuration, testing, and validation activities under guidance to support enhancements and defect resolution.
Participate in integration testing and support activities to ensure stable system performance and data integrity.
Assist in maintaining system documentation, process flows, user guides, and knowledge articles.
Support system administration activities including user access, basic configurations, and operational tasks.
Engage with cross‑functional IT teams and business stakeholders to support run‑the‑business activities.
Learn and apply IT standards, SDLC practices, and governance processes.
Stay current on evolving marketing technology trends and platform capabilities.
What you’ll need (Required):
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of related experience working with enterprise applications in a business systems, application support, or analyst role.
Exposure to at least one Marketing Technology or SaaS platform (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, learning, or sales enablement tools).
Basic understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional environment.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills.
What else we look for (Preferred):
Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with project and work management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence).
Experience supporting applications in a regulated or enterprise environment.
Demonstrates knowledge of IT best practices. Familiarity with ITIL principles or certification is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with a clear sense of responsibility, commitment, and a customer‑focused mindset.
