Customer Insight Leadership: Advocate for the application of local customer insight to inform brand strategy, prioritisation, and customer engagement models across markets.
Analytic Capability Development: Determine and rank improvements and new analytic capabilities; lead the development, deployment, and embedding of these capabilities to elevate decision quality at pace.
Advanced Methods and Technology: Continuously evaluate emerging quantitative methods, data assets, and technologies; bring in what works and retire what does not to keep the toolkit modern.
Data Storytelling and Decision Influence: Convert raw data into significant conclusions and compelling narratives; present recommendations that build investment, targeting, and channel strategy.
Data Access and Foundations: Access and integrate information from various tools and sources. Maintain a detailed understanding of critical data sets, governance, and modeling approaches to strengthen analytical foundations.
Teamwork and Integration: Map and lead integration points with adjacent teams; align roadmaps and ensure analytics are embedded where decisions happen.
Continuous Improvement: Instill a culture of testing, learning, and rapid deployment; measure impact and scale what delivers competitive advantage.
Market and Competitive Scanning: Monitor external analytics trends within and beyond pharma; selectively embrace leading practices to sustain differentiation.
Experience in brand or commercial analytics within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
Proficiency with SQL and either Python or R; hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Background in marketing science, including segmentation, targeting, MMM/MTA, CRM analytics, and next-best-action use cases.
Shown experience operationalizing analytics into field force, omnichannel, or marketing platforms.
Track record of working in agile settings dedicated to delivering analytics capabilities at scale.
Strong communication and collaborator engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, data science, engineering) is a plus.
