This role supports the billing function by executing defined billing, validation, and reconciliation tasks with strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance. The Analyst billing operations works closely with the Senior Analyst and project managers to validate billable services and support post-billing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process billing transactions in accordance with established billing schedules and procedures.
• Validate billing inputs against executed SOWs and approved Project milestones.
• Perform T&E validation to ensure expenses are billable, properly documented, and perform reclass.
• Coordinated with project Managers to confirm project kick-off, expense eligibility and resolve missing or incorrect milestones entries.
• Support post billing reconciliations, adjustments, and re-billing preparations.
• Identify billing discrepancies and escalate issues to manager for resolution.
• Maintain remedy intake for internal stakeholders and external customers inquiries.
• Adherent internal controls, compliance standards, and service agreements.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of strong experience in billing operations. Knowledge of SOW-based billing and T&E billing models. Strong attention to details. Familiar with Salesforce Platform navigation.
