Position Overview

Choice Properties is looking for an Analyst, AI & Automation to join our team! The Analyst must be a self-starter, analytically strong and service-oriented, with a passion for improving how work gets done through practical technology solutions.

Reporting to the Manager, AI & Automation, this role will focus on identifying, analyzing, and enabling high-value business processes that can benefit from AI and automation. The Analyst will work directly with business teams to map workflows, quantify efficiency opportunities, and support the implementation and validation of AI-enabled solutions. This role plays a critical part in delivering measurable value to the organization and ensuring AI solutions are accurate, governed, and adopted.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business teams to identify manual, repetitive, and time-intensive processes suitable for AI-enabled automation.
  • Map current-state workflows and document process steps, controls, and pain points.
  • Quantify potential efficiency gains and define measurable success criteria.
  • Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements for AI and SaaS solutions.
  • Support the evaluation and testing of AI tools including drafting, summarization, search and workflow automation solutions.
  • Validate AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and compliance with business controls.
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and realized efficiency gains of deployed AI solutions.
  • Prepare reporting and dashboards to track AI initiative performance and business impact.
  • Support the development of governance documentation, usage guidelines, and training materials.
  • Assist in building reusable automation patterns and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and feedback collection to continuously improve deployed solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Automation, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience documenting business processes and translating requirements into technical or system specifications.
  • Ability to assess workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
  • Understanding of AI tools, generative AI, workflow automation platforms, and/or enterprise SaaS solutions is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (including Copilot, Power Platform, or similar technologies) is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
