About the Role

The Analyst – Administration & Benefits will ensure the effective management of employee benefits, vendor payment processes, administrative workflows, and cost reclassification activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Job Functions

Vendor Payment Management

  • Administer and maintain vendor records.
  • Create and issue purchase orders.
  • Manage vendor payment processes and ensure accurate application of invoices.

Cost Reclassification

  • Analyze and allocate expenses accurately to the appropriate cost centers.
  • Ensure all cost reclassifications are completed timely and in compliance with internal policies.

Benefits Administration

  • Administer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
  • Manage employee enrollments, terminations, and updates in benefit plans.
  • Maintain databases of employees and beneficiaries; coordinate with benefit providers.
  • Assist employees with questions regarding benefits usage and internal policies.

Administrative Activities

  • Manage filing systems, documentation controls, and operational reports.
  • Support the creation of internal presentations, policies, and administrative materials.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in benefits administration, general administration, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office tools and administrative systems.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills (functions, reporting, pivot tables).
  • Advanced English (oral and written).
