El Analista de Seguridad, Salud y Ambiente para Proyectos, reportará al Lider de EHS, teniendo la responsabilidad de asegurar la correcta gestión de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (EHS) en los proyectos de capital ejecutados con contratistas y terceros dentro de las instalaciones de Haleon. Su rol será clave para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas locales y los estándares corporativos, prevenir riesgos ambientales y ocupacionales, y asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones durante la ejecución de los proyectos.
Será responsable de brindar soporte a Project Managers y líderes de área en la gestión de contratistas, supervisar la seguridad en obras, y asegurar la correcta implementación de programas como Permisos de Trabajo, Evaluaciones de Riesgo, Métodos de Trabajo Seguro, LOTO y ZAP para Proyectos. Asimismo, participará activamente en inspecciones, auditorías, análisis de causa raíz ante incidentes y en la capacitación e inducción de contratistas en temas de EHS.
Responsabilidades:
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de Seguridad, Salud y Ambiente en proyectos de construcción y obras dentro del site.
• Gestionar y dar seguimiento a programas de Permisos de Trabajo, Evaluaciones de Riesgo y Métodos de Trabajo Seguro.
• Brindar soporte a Project Managers y líderes de área en el manejo de contratistas y terceros.
• Coordinar inducciones y capacitaciones de EHS para contratistas.
• Apoyar la implementación de programas de LOTO, Seguridad de Maquinarias, Utilidades Peligrosas y ZAP para Proyectos.
• Realizar inspecciones de seguridad y participar en auditorías internas.
• Identificar, escalar riesgos y participar en análisis de causa raíz ante eventos adversos.
¿Por qué tú?
Tus calificaciones requeridas:
Formación en áreas técnicas o profesionales relacionadas con Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente, Ingeniería o afines.
Experiencia previa trabajando con contratistas y proyectos en entornos industriales.
Conocimiento de normativas locales de seguridad industrial y programas de EHS.
Certificación en manejo de emergencias y entrenamiento LOTO (deseable).
Inglés: intermedio.
Perfil proactivo, con liderazgo y fuerte orientación al trabajo en equipo.
