Job Summary:**
The Analista de Suporte Pleno at Jabil Industrial do Brasil Ltda. will provide technical support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and applications. This role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user assistance, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and on-site.
* Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
* Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, updates, and security checks.
* Assist users with IT-related inquiries, providing guidance and training on system usage.
* Document technical solutions, procedures, and user guides.
* Participate in IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
* Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure integrated and effective support.
* Adhere to company IT policies and security protocols.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a technical support role (minimum 2-3 years).
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Server 2016/2019).
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
* Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers).
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
* English proficiency (intermediate level desired).
