Principais responsabilidades:   

• Cumprir todas as leis, políticas e diretrizes aplicáveis ao cargo, consultando as áreas responsáveis em caso de dúvidas;
• Seguir as diretrizes estabelecidas no programa ABAC;
• Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de Segurança, Qualidade e Abastecimento, além dos sistemas de trabalho vigentes;
• Cumprir o plano de treinamento e desenvolvimento atribuído ao seu cargo;
• Garantir a conformidade com as políticas internas da Haleon, normas regulatórias locais e internacionais aplicáveis às atividades sob sua responsabilidade;
• Garantir a disponibilidade de materiais conforme necessidade do planejamento de produção;
• Realizar o planejamento e colocação de ordens de materiais aos fornecedores (MRP);
• Monitorar janela de entrega de materiais com almoxarifado e fornecedores;
• Analisar e atuar em riscos de abastecimento;
• Priorizar liberação de materiais com o time de qualidade;
• Reduzir o nível de obsoletos realizando o esgotamento ideal de matérias em mudança ou a vencer;
• Manter uma política de estoque de materiais adequada;
• Analisar o inventário de materiais mantendo um nível adequado baseado na política definida e ferramenta de projeção de estoque;
• Liderar CAPAs e auditorias da área.

  
Por que VOCÊ?  
  
Suas qualificações:  

• Formação superior em Engenharia, Farmácia ou Administração;
• Experiência em Planejamento de Produção e/ou Materiais, com uso de sistemas de gestão integrada;
• Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
• Conhecimento desejável em Power BI;
• Familiaridade com dados no SAP (PIR, BOM, MR, PV);
• Inglês avançado; espanhol será considerado diferencial
