Seu novo cargo:

Responsável pelo suporte rotineiro de vendas, como reservas de inserções e controle de conteúdo, para garantir a veiculação dos comerciais de TV paga comprados pelos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Revisar e reservar pedidos de agências e clientes diretos pelos canais da WBD;
• Aplicar os conteúdos de acordo com as diretrizes da agência/cliente;
• Solucionar problemas, revisar a documentação de suporte e gerenciar pacotes de mídia para garantir a cobrança correta para agências e clientes;
• Lidar com compensações em caso de cancelamento de anúncios;
• Apoiar as equipes de Vendas, Planejamento e Produto na implementação e gerenciamento de projetos de mídia;

Qualificações e Experiência:

• Bacharelado em Comunicação/Mídia ou áreas afins;
• Sólida experiência como Analista de Operações OPEC ou função similar, em agências ou empresas de entretenimento;
• Excelentes habilidades interpessoais, de comunicação verbal e escrita;
• Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e cumprir prazos;
• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe;
• Boas habilidades analíticas.

Desejável:

• Experiência anterior com os sistemas BTS, Aleph ou IBMS. Bom conhecimento de Excel.
