Job Description:
Procurement Analyst with knowledge or experience in international logistics, freight transportation (air, ocean, and ground), and customs processes, who can also manage the full cycle of supplier onboarding, evaluation, and updates.
The role requires someone highly organized, with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, maintaining consistent follow-up without the need for continuous supervision.
This position will be key to ensuring that suppliers meet operational and contractual standards, keeping documentation up to date, and acting as a liaison between the Legal department, external suppliers, and any internal areas that need to be involved.
This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software packages. He/She may direct the work of others and provide instruction and guidance to less experienced employees. This position performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. He/She may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
