Job Summary
• This role is responsible for applying statistical techniques to model customer behavior, leading marketing excellence and performance management projects, and driving analysis of campaign data for marketing ROI optimization. The role analyzes financial and operational metrics to derive trends, participates in the implementation of marketing processes and tools, collaborates with IT for analytical reports, and identifies benchmarks for performance dashboards. Additionally, the role monitors campaign budgets, solves complex problems creatively, and leads moderate to high complexity projects.

Responsibilities
• Applies statistical techniques to develop models of customer behavior such as response and buying patterns, internal market sizing, share of wallet, opportunities.
• Leads execution of marketing excellence and performance management projects to provide operational processes, marketing policies, measurement, analytical model, and actionable plan to maximize the return on marketing investment.
• Drives analysis and interpretations of campaign data and market insights to identify key drivers for marketing ROI optimization.
• Analyzes historical financial and operational metrics, such as business seasonality, lead, sales pipeline conversion rates, to drive action planning.
• Participates in implementing marketing processes and tools such as marketing resource management (MRM), customer relationship management (CRM) and customer knowledge management (CKM).
• Collaborates with IT to design, publish and maintain analytical reports to make key customer and marketing information available to sales, marketing, and business owners.
• Identifies benchmarks and finds insights to lead preparation of the performance dashboard.
• Leads monitoring of campaign budgets and provides support in budget allocation by reconciling market program spend to the planned budget.
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
