About the Role:
As the firm accelerates its global digital asset strategy, the Americas Product Director, Digital Assets will be responsible for leading the regional execution of the firm’s digital asset initiatives across the Americas. This role will serve as a primary regional representative for digital asset product development, commercialization, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with global priorities while tailoring solutions to meet the unique regional regulatory, client, and market dynamics. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Americas investment, distribution, legal, compliance, technology, and operations teams to drive innovation, deliver commercially viable products, and position the firm as a leader in digital assets across the region. This role will report to the Global Head of Digital Assets, who is based in New York City.
Responsibilities of the role:
Serve as a regional lead for digital asset strategy and execution across the Americas
Develop and maintain a region-specific digital asset product roadmap aligned with global strategy
Identify and assess market opportunities, client demand, and regulatory developments across the Americas
Lead the development and launch of new digital asset products, including fund structuring, governance, and regulatory approvals in partnership with locally registered platform management teams
Partner with regional distribution teams to support client engagement, education, and product commercialization
Act as a subject matter expert on digital assets for internal and external stakeholders in the region
Collaborate with global and regional teams across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Product Management to ensure operational readiness and risk alignment
Represent the firm in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and client events related to digital assets
Provide regular updates to the Global Head of Digital Assets and other senior stakeholders on regional progress, risks, and opportunities
Requirement for the Role:
10+ years of experience in asset management or digital assets, with a focus on product development, strategy, or investment management
Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape
Proven track record of launching and managing investment products in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
Experience working with institutional and/or retail clients in the Americas
Familiarity with fund structures, investment strategies, and operational frameworks relevant to digital assets
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultural and regulatory environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to represent the firm externally with clients, regulators, and industry bodies
Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong execution capabilities
Collaborative team player with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
Highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Willingness to travel across the region and globally as needed (up to 20%)
The salary range for this position in New York City is $190,000 to $240,000 annually. The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location.
