Our integrated as-a-service solutions encompass product configuration, new customer acquisition, underwriting, policy administration, claims management and reinsurance and combine with self-service features, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) and other capabilities essential for the next decade.
About this role
The Americas Leader, Commercial and Specialty Insurance is a senior executive responsible for the overall growth, operations and financial performance of DXC’s Industry Leading Insurance Commercial and Specialty Software business in the Americas Region. This will include responsibility for areas such finance, sales, marketing, human resources, and operations. This role must possess strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to make strategic business decisions and develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams. They must also have a thorough understanding of the Americas Insurance Commercial and Specialty industry, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team. To be successful in this role, it is important to have a combination of both education and experience. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, and an advanced degrees such as an MBA is recommended. Additionally, this role requires 15 years of experience in management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
