The F&C and MSD team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the AMS finance team to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive financial leadership for F&C and MSD in the AMS and LATAM markets, ensuring strong financial governance, decision support, and performance management

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to enable profitable growth, cost discipline, and strategic execution

  • Translate data into insight, connecting financial outcomes to operational and strategic actions

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning

  • Own monthly/quarterly close, variance analysis, and performance commentary

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial results

  • Challenge assumptions, co‑design strategies with business partners, and drive and influence outcomes—not just report results.

  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and productivity improvements

  • Analyze margin drivers and recommend corrective actions

  • Track savings initiatives, benefits realization, and risk exposure to volatility such as foreign exchange, fuel prices and commodity price changes

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct or virtual teams as applicable

  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

  • Build a culture of automation, future‑ready skills, and continuous learning by training and developing best‑in‑class teams.

Profile Requirements

  • University degree with focus in Accounting, Audit, Finance systems, Economics and/ Tax

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, MBA or equivalent

  • Typically 10 + years of experience in Finance Function

  • Finance technology experience

  • Management experience preferred

Knowledge and skills

  • Superior understanding of Accounting Principles/GAAP and Financial Analysis

  • Excellent knowledge of HP systems landscape and S4 HANA

  • Excellent knowledge of financial and corporate compliance and reporting requirements

  • Strong understanding of HP’s systems, processes, policies and procedures

  • Excellent communication and presentations skills that caters to a variety of audiences

  • Excellent listening, consulting, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent project management skills for running large and complex projects

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize

  • Ability to generate ideas, think out of the box, deploy creativity and bring about implementation

  • Knowledge of automation, robotics and Gen AI

  • Strong finance foundation (FP&A, controlling, or business finance)

  • Experience in complex, matrixed organizations

  • Proven business partnering capability with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • High standards for accuracy, governance, and compliance

  • Comfort with data, systems, and digital tools

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
