Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

Deliver personalized and discreet service to guests in the comfort of their rooms and suites. Oversee the seamless execution of our Amenity program alongside In-Room Dining, ensuring convenience, luxury, and attention to every guest detail.

About the Role
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated Amenities Supervisor to join our team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). You will manage daily Amenity operations, supervise staff, and ensure that every guest receives prompt, friendly, and exceptional service.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the Amenity program and In-Room Dining areas.

  • Ensure smooth and timely delivery of amenities and food & beverage to guest rooms.

  • Monitor staff performance, maintain discipline, and provide coaching where necessary.

  • Manage daily requisitions for amenities, food, beverage, and operational equipment.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of service areas.

  • Inspect guest rooms highlighted by management to ensure standards are met.

  • Make personal contact with VIP, suite, and long-stay guests to ensure satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams regarding service, special requests, and guest feedback.

  • Assist with training, scheduling, and personnel documentation for Amenity and In-Room Dining staff.

  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

  • Support preparation and execution of departmental amenity programs.

  • Attend Food & Beverage meetings and perform other duties as assigned by the In-Room Dining Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience; hospitality management experience preferred.

  • Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.

  • Proven experience in hotel amenities, In-Room Dining, or food & beverage supervision.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations is a plus.

Schedule & Hours
Summer Seasonal Job – 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Schedule is flexible and may change weekly according to business needs.
