HOURLY RATE-$19.29

FULL TIME HOURS:

· 5 shifts per week

· 8-hour shifts

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The main purpose of this position is to ensure that newly hired housekeeping staff are well trained to produce the high-quality results necessary to meet our internal standards of cleanliness. When not training, the Ambassador will function as a Room Attendant, cleaning guest rooms.

  • Train and coach, all new housekeeping staff following all training practices.
  • Provide positive and consistent training to employees, ensuring a smooth guest arrival experience.
  • Effectively communicate and reinforce any changes in procedures or policy to workers.
  • Lead buildings when needed.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Current Housekeeping experience and knowledge of departmental operations
  • A strong leader and team oriented with an energetic, friendly, cheerful, and animated demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of staff.
