The Opportunity
This role is part of Abbott’s Core Diagnostics division, which empowers smarter medical and economic decision-making to transform how people manage their health at every stage of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostic instruments, delivering vital results for millions of people.
As an Abbott Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and improving account profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Retention & Customer Experience
Own account Net Promoter Score (NPS) and drive customer satisfaction.
Ensure instrument uptime, repair, and maintenance.
Conduct operational reviews and manage customer relationships through planned visits.
Manage inventory replenishment and assist with order management.
Build Abbott’s brand image and reinforce our total solution value offering.
Collect and communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.
Value Creation & Expansion
Partner with commercial teams for account acquisition, renewals, and menu expansion.
Implement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and profitability.
Manage service costs, lifecycle of products, and budget control.
Promoter Building
Drive NPS performance and meet KPI targets.
Strengthen inter-client relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; preferred fields include Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or Medical Technology.
2–4 years of experience in diagnostics or allied health industries.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience interfacing directly with customers.
Performance Metrics

Increased instrument utilization.
Quality, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities
Participate in regular departmental meetings to support continuous improvement.
Comply with ISO and Class A quality standards.
