Amazon Operations Specialist - PH

Manila, Philippines Full Time

About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and analytical Amazon Operations Specialist to join our growing marketplace team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, optimizing product performance, and supporting revenue growth across Amazon. You’ll collaborate with marketing, logistics, and analytics teams to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement across all facets of the Amazon business — from catalog management to advertising optimization.

Schedule: Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts.

  • Maintain accurate and optimized product listings, ensuring top-tier content, imagery, and SEO compliance.

  • Monitor account health, inventory levels, and order fulfillment to ensure adherence to Amazon performance standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to improve ACOS, ROAS, and organic ranking through advertising and promotional strategies.

  • Generate and interpret sales and performance reports to identify growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage replenishment cycles.

  • Lead troubleshooting of operational issues, including order defects, suppressed listings, and policy violations.

  • Support marketplace expansion initiatives and explore new fulfillment or advertising solutions within Amazon’s ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.

  • Proven success optimizing listings, managing ads, and driving operational KPIs.

  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Amazon Ads Console, Helium 10, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Detail-oriented and data-driven with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with eCommerce analytics platforms, including Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Understanding of inventory forecasting, pricing strategies, and FBA operations.

  • Familiarity with additional retail media networks beyond Amazon and digital advertising metrics.

  • Prior experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive hourly wage based on ability level:

  • Hourly Rate DOE
  • This is a remote role, but you must be based in the Philippines.
