Alumni Relations & Annual Giving Administrative Student Worker (FWS/NFWS)

Purpose within the Organization:                                       
Administration, event planning & implementation, and tabling.  This position supports the Sr. Director of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving and the Asst. Director of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving.

Responsibilities Related to Purpose:

• General office administration support such as data entry, alumni & donor communications
• Respond to Alumni questions via email and phone 
• Assist in planning and implementing events
• Assist with research
• Tabling at events such as commencements, home Men’s Basketball tailgates, Homecoming, Parent & Family Weekend, etc.
• Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Full-time, degree-seeking GCU student
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work some nights and weekends
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program
• Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student
• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University

Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
