Who we are looking for:
An experience SME who will oversee Structure Finance - Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and fund transactions to ensure that deals are in compliance with deal documents which include Waterfall Payment.
Actively collaborate with the stakeholders, Deal- Collateral Manager and Eternal Auditors to ensure seamless service and accurate and timely delivery of information.
Interact and escalate issue with the Boston team on a daily basis to address and resolve issues.
A senior associate – emerging lead within STA is responsible for ensuring the daily operation of structured finance trusts are reviewed and disseminated within defined guidelines. Job duties include the development of skills in the areas of deal processing and review of work, compliance testing and data analytics and reconciliation.
