We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused operations specialist to support the execution and oversight of payment operations within the payments platform and support projects to optimize the operating model. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Change Management PMO, responsible for both oversight processing of payment transactions and technology transformation for one of our strategic clients. This role will play a critical part in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant global payment processing, bank connectivity, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with payment systems, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you will be responsible for

 As a Change Management / Operations Specialist you will

  • Execute and oversee daily payment operations through GTreasury platform, including wire transfers and cross-border payments.
  • Monitor payment files & activity for accuracy, compliance, and timely processing; resolve exceptions and rejections promptly.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot payment workflows, templates, and back connectivity (host-to-host, SWIFT).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure payment security, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support onboarding of new banks, accounts, and counterparties within GTreasury and IMSW technology applications echo system.
  • Administer/support user roles, access rights, and approval workflows in line with internal controls and policies.
  • Assist with payments automation projects, testing, and implementation of new GTreasury functionality and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on payment activity, KPIs, projects and initiatives for Change Management leadership.
  • Help others adapt to new values, attitudes, norms and behaviors that support new ways of doing work and limiting risk.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Experience in a banking role is preferred.
  • Previous experience with payment processing, manual directives, familiarity with SWIFT and host-to-host banking integrations.
  • Overall knowledge of cash related financial services products.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail; comfortable with large datasets and payment files.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with continuous improvement mindset.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of related financial services experience.
  • Strong client relationship experiences preferred.
  • Strong Alternatives and Bank Loans Product Knowledge a plus.

Additional requirements

  • An understanding of Change Management.
  • Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Experience in Middle or Back Office Core Operations an advantage.
  • Experience in documentation of Operational processes.
  • Ability to navigate direct client facing interactions.
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:

$60,320 - $86,840 Annual
